I Bought A Dress

A wedding dress that is...

I was going to rent one, but I found one on sale and buying it cost just as much as renting it would have.

It's beautiful!

There is not a single bead or an ounce of lace.

What do you think? Is it really bad luck for the groom to see the dress before the wedding?

Because I really want to post a picture of it...

If you can promise me no bad luck will occur, I will post a picture.

(I'm not really superstitious...and I'll probably post a picture regardless.)

I say as long as you aren't in the dress. I think he should wait to see you in it so it is an even bigger shock of how beautiful you are.

Sarah is on my lap, reading blogs with me. We just opened yours and there was a tiny little chorus of happy screams!

For sure post the picture. I agree with Mary. So does Sarah.

Hee hee hee!

(I'm thinking the 'Hee hee hee!' is way too dorky, but Sarah is insisting! We're just very excited for you)

I concur with everyone else. Post the picture. And if there is even an ounce of superstition, tell Jason not to read this post ;)

Yeah, go ahead and post it. And I think even if he sees you in the dress--it's fine! After all, if you only get to enjoy your dress for one or two days, it's not enough! Might as well see you in it a lot!

BTW, ever since you posted on my blog, I've been reading yours! And every time I think I'll write a quick "hello" and let you know how excited I am for you and Jason. But I'm usually holding the baby, and I don't have the hands to type.

Do people tell you that Jason looks like your brothers a bit? And do people ever tell him that he looks like a mix between Ryan Shupe and
Jon Schmidt.

We can't wait to meet Jason! Noelle, I'm SO happy for you! Grandma said that it is like a fairytale love story, and I agree! You'll be a beautiful bride!
