Lol!! I'm sorry you're sick...I love that you colored Dad's hair grey...and I love your note to him. Because I even wonder if he has our house number memorized. ;)Feel better!!
The girl is blessed with a loving family, a wonderful man, mad Crayola marker skills and a top notch mind. (I love your little grey cells) True, a head transplant would alleviate the excruciating headaches, incapacitating vertigo and epic nausea... it would also take away the Noelle that we all love. I say hold out for an alternative treatment. p.s. I would dearly love to get together with you and will be more than delighted to drive to where you are. I agree with your mom. You're grounded. :)
I feel so sorry for that girl. It makes me sad that she has such a horrible time. Here is a big cyber kiss from Dazee. sssssmmmmmmaaaaaaaacccccccckkkkkkkk
I feel your pain. I'm very sorry!!!
That was a nice one. I thought your salad was lovely. I am glad you got to see your friend, but I sorry your head rebelled at the lights and movement. I am also sorry your family made "funny" blogging suggestions while you were puking. :)
Ooh ooh! If you do a "top ten places to puke" post can I help? Between the two of us I bet we have most public restrooms covered. :D At least I knew mine would go away in 9 months.....
Migraines? Been there. Throwing up with migraines? Been there too. I'm SO, SO sorry! I have also had more than my fair share of stomach flu in my lifetime and I could do a top 10 places to throw up that are NOT a toilet. I hope that the doctors are able to figure out what is wrong with you and I'm so glad you have someone awesome to take care of you.xo -El
This girls feels bad that the girl gets these horrible headaches. Yay for your wonderful family.
No fair! I'm sorry your mom grounded you (sweet Mama!). Someday soon I hope to see you on Mystery Diagnosis. You'll do that long blink and then the doctor who figured out what the heck was going on will come on to say how your problem was resolved or at least minimized. On the upside, I had a slowly growing craving for key lime pie, but I'm over it now.Hugs :+)
Wow. I hope you can figure this thing out. Each post sounds more and more dreadful. The real question is: did your husband eat the salad? Cause I would have.
I know you said you get really bad vertigo, is that independent from you getting really bad migraines??? So, I don't know if all of the following information would help, but I figured it wouldn't hurt. I get awful ones too, especially when the weather changes. This time of year used to horrific until I got on a treatment of two drugs: an antidepressant and an anticonvulsant. Both my sister and I are on 30mg Cymbalta. She takes a different anticonvulsant, but I'm on the most common prescribed one for preventing migraines, which is Topamax (100mg). They also had me start taking melatonin supplements at night because I've ALWAYS had trouble sleeping. Melatonin is just a substance your body produces which regulates sleep. You can get it over the counter at Smith's. If nothing else, I'm sure sleeping well has made a HUGE difference and the melatonin really, really helps. Don't know about your sleeping patterns though :POh, and def. not blonde, haha! I'm Colombian!! I mean, there are blonde, Colombian people, but yeah... :) Oh, and Nader is practically 90% Mormon. It's a little more complicated for him considering his background and family traditions but I remain optimistic and faithful. When he gives me advice he even quotes general authorities. Thanks for asking! <3
This post was quite entertaining! However, I do hope you get your headache situation figured out soon! And.I totally know my husband's phone number. And my mom's.
I am so attached to the girl, I feel sad that she is in ill health, and really hope the stupid doctors figure out what is wrong with her...And the moral of the story: thank goodness for mommies and daddies...and oh, ya, husbands too.Well, this girl is genuinely touched that the girl took time out to draw captivating pictures and write stories that have me reading every single word to the end.Take care girl xoxox Oh, and you too Noelle...seriously, feel better soon.
I hope you are feeling better, Girl.
I'm glad the girl is so well loved. I hope that nasty head stuff is fixed very soon. xo
You poor thing! I have migraines too so I can understand how you felt.I just love these drawn story posts. My favorites!
I want your head to get better! I have never had a migraine, but I know they are an awful, awful thing. These doctors need to find a solution for you right quick. I wish I could take your pain away. I'll do my best with prayer.
Aww.. it makes me sad that you got so sick. At least you have an awesome family. I thought it was normal to not memorize people's phone numbers anymore? I only remember a couple without checking in my phone.
Oh, that just sucks. Migraines run in our family. I think every one of us from my mom down to my daughter has ended up in the emergency room, dehydrated from vomiting caused by a migraine. My mom swears that flashing lights (like strobes) will bring on a migraine and I think she's right. You poor thing! (Since we all have our numbers on speed dial, no one knows anyone's phone number by heart anymore!)
There is nothing at all worse then a migraine, I know and I feel so sorry for you. I hope that one day they find out what the triggers are and you can avoid them more so. I agree with dad and mom, no more night driving, it's not worth it. Take care Noelle. Take care of yourself and hubby. God Bless!!
Who is going to believe this? I'm actually crying just to be reading you. I've missed you THAT much. Can I get a big bear hug?? I love you. And this post? It totally made me day! (I'm going to go read it again.)
Do you know that Mum doesn't remember Dad's number either?!! You guys are mad!My favorite drawing here was of Mommy Platt. I loved it!
I agree with your mom. I have a hard time with bright lights shining in the dark too. I try not to drive much at night, although I can if I have to. I hope you feel better. :)
