Emily's Lullaby

Jason told me that we needed to make a million dollars to have in the bank for when we retired.
'We can live off of the interest,' he told me.
I asked him how he suggested we go about making that million and he said that he would write music and I would write a book.
Jason's got the writing music part down...I'll see what I can do about the book.

Jason has written the little miss a lullaby while she's been away from us.
It's beautiful and it makes me emotional.
We're still working on the words, but in truth words aren't necessary.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

PS. If you listen closely, you can hear the rain in the background.

Ok-I'd buy a cd with some lovely piano music just like that! He could start with a cd!

Keep this set aside for little Em. I know few people who have personal lullabies, and this is simply beautiful. I could hear the history in it ;)

Jason, you are a wonderful father. I could hear your love for your little girl in that song, it is so tender.
Noelle, your right, some things go without saying.

Sell the music. I know there is a market for it, especially just outside your front door.

I love this guy and his music. It made me tear up to see this father sitting here playing for his baby, but I know she'll learn to play the same tune for him when she's older. Aw! Isn't that going to make for an adorable story?! :) It is. It so surely is. May the good Lord bless you all and bring comfort to you.

This is the first time in a few days I've had enough bars to watch and hear this.

Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness.

The beauty that comes from a father's heart. That was extraordinary. Yes, you all could make a fortune just from that sort of incredibleness.

I'll see you soon. Love to all of you.
